Introduction
Welcome to Enticophotography. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions
Enticophotography: Refers to our company, including all of its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities.
Services: Refers to all the products and services offered by Enticophotophy, including but not limited to photography sessions, digital photo processing, and website usage.
User: Refers to any individual or entity using our services.

Use of Services
1. Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Account: Users may be required to create an account to access certain services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
3. Prohibited Conduct: Users agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Enticophotophy or any third party.

Intellectual Property
1. Ownership: All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our website are the property of Enticophotophy or its licensors.
2. License: Enticophotophy grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Photography Services
1. Bookings: Bookings for photography sessions are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of part payment of 50% of the agreed service charge. O
2. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Delivery: Digital photos will be delivered within the time frame specified at the time of booking. Enticophotophy is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
